Sabrina is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in Kinesiology and Massage Therapy. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University in 2022, Sabrina continued to pursue her passion for health and wellness by graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Humber College in 2025.
Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, Sabrina specializes in injury recovery and rehabilitation, combining scientific knowledge with hands-on therapeutic techniques to support clients on their journey to better health. At the core of Sabrina’s practice is a patient-centred approach. She recognizes that each patient is unique and has their own needs and partners with them to create a treatment plan that aligns with their specific goals. Whether working with athletes, individuals recovering from injury, or those seeking preventative care, she takes a personalized and compassionate approach to every treatment. During her studies she has worked with a large patient population, such as prenatal and postnatal, infants, children, athletes, seniors, heart attack and stroke survivors, and individuals undergoing traumatic brain injuries.
In Sabrina’s free time she keeps herself updated with the most recent studies in healthcare and rehabilitation by avidly reading and researching new approaches and findings in the industry. She is currently a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Toronto. Sabrina plans to continue to add to her skillset by takin courses in pelvic floor health, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy.
With a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic care, Sabrina is passionate about empowering others to move and feel better through evidence-informed practice and ongoing education.
