Doctors referrals are only needed if insurance requests them. Primarily Insurance companies want a requisition/ referral for physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture. For Chiropractic and Naturopath therapy insurance does not require referrals because they are Doctors.

Please keep in mind if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give the clinic at least 48 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or rebooking's.

If less notice is given, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to your account.

If no cancellation notice is given (no show), the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the account.
