Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, you do not need a doctors referral to be seen by anyone at this clinic. Although, many insurance companies require one for physiotherapy, massage, or acupuncture so it is always a good idea to have one prior to visiting us.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
We accept almost all insurance companies and can generally directly bill for most companies as well but this will depend on the limitations of your policy. If you are unsure we could call your insurance company together and inquire about the information you wish to get answered. If you wish to know before booking you can always call your company or go online to find out that information on your own.
What is your new patient procedure?
Seeing a new healthcare professional can be an intimidating experience. However, if you know what to expect, you may feel more comfortable about the first appointment.
Our team of professionals will begin by getting familiar with your medical history and addressing any concerns you may have. They will then conduct their initial physical assessment and review their findings with you before continuing with any form of treatment. Being honest about your likes and dislikes is always appreciated so that we could treat you accordingly.
Do you treat WSIB or Motor Vehicle Accident Patients?
